	I have close to six years of post-secondary training in the IT industry. My education at College of the North Atlantic provided me with the necessary courses and experience to jump-start my career into Web Design / Development.  I then decided to further my education and attended CompuCollege, which accentuated and enhanced my skills, allowing me to make the transition from a rookie HTML coder to a full-fledged Web Designer / Developer.

An 18-month diploma program, completed in consecutive months.  Subject areas included website design, Internet and software application programming, practical and theoretical database design, hardware and software support, and professional customer support.  Also won Student of the Year award.
A three-year diploma program, specializing in the complete design and implementation of a functional business system. Major subject areas included back and front-end application programming, relational database development, GUI design, network fundamentals, professional customer support, hardware/software repair, and systems analysis and design.
